**There are only two bathrooms in the farmhouse. Two indoor and one outdoor shower. Option to bathe in sauna at night as well.

8:00-10:30 Guided Meditation, Kriyas, Pranayama and Asana

11:30-13:00 1.5 hours Free time
13:00-14:00 Lunch
14:00-17:00 3 hours Free time
17:00-19:00 Gentle Yoga, Meditation and/or Workshop

20:00-22:00 Sauna
22:30-23:00 (Optional) Midnight meditation (3 times a week)
23:00 onwards Quiet Time

We had a very intensive week with Summer in January –starting with pranayama and the ashtanga sequence in the morning…and a more flexible yoga class in the evening. Summer also offered guided meditations on a few evenings-she really offered us a lot! As the days passed, the yoga became more at each of our own paces (mysore style) –I never thought that I would have the discipline to follow such a routine on my own but thanks to Summer, it came along very easily during the week and I’m now following my own routine at home at least twice a week. Summer is a natural teacher, we were so luck to have so much of her attention that week. She explains the techniques very carefully, is quick to correct us when our posture or pose is wrong and best of all, she pushed us when we didn’t have the courage or confidence to master a pose. Thank you, Summer, for a great week!
